'Massimo our host was truly that, he had us met by an agent but then touched base with us by phone to ensure that all was as expected with is lovely family home. He sent restaurant recommendations and transport info, very thoughtful. A pleasant surprise was that there multiple laundry machines as our last property’s machine was not working properly. 'The apartment was great. Very clean and comfortable. Marco was an excellent host especially before we arrived. He provided some restaurants that were close as we were arriving very late. 'This was my 6th trip to Venice and my first time not staying on the main island. I will definitely stay on Murano again and would consider staying in this same apartment. 'The House is as the pictures shows. The place and surroundings breath quietness, smells pure after a rainy night. The hosts Sussy and Steffano are very nice and helpfull. They are available at any moment, give you tips for daytrips and of course the restaurants and prosecco winery. The can tell you the history of the house and place as well while having a smaal walk to the top of the hill. Excellent place to be!'
