'Nice place to stay but the maintenance of the hotel is bad. 5*GL is a joke. Cleaning is poor. Staff is nice but the management is chaotic. Hotel is understaffed. '

'Let me first start with the staff, which is great, so nice and friendly! The room is nice, with a good bed, would say it’s more like 4 stars, but it’s omgood. The bathroon needs renovating. The sealants are yellow and on some places black and the water pressure is really low. I would make the fountain a little smaller, remove the foot shower and make a seperate bath and shower. The lunch options (near the pool but also in general) are far too limited and don’t live up to a 5 star hotel. For...

'vriendelijk personeel. appartement geschikt om in te koken, maar geen echte eettafel. daarom tafel van balkon naar binnen gehaald. wij waren met 3 volwassenen, er was een ensuite kamer, bij boeking niet gezien. winkel onder hotel erg fijn.'

'Very friendly and helpful staff. The room and bathroom were spotless and the toiletries offered were very good. Virtually soundproof room, excellent for the music heard from the weekend entertainment, but the sound was heard through the door to the gallery outside the door. It didn’t bother me much. We enjoyed their buffet breakfast with fresh fruit and freshly cooked eggs. I couldn’t be more pleased with a hotel.'
