« The property description is pretty accurate. Be aware that it is very small. Ground floor so no view. We were uncomfortable because of the small size and a queen size bed. We communicated that to the host and asked for our money back for at least 5 of the seven nights we had paid for. He refused to return any portion of our paid money because he said that the property (small room) description was accurate. « Great unit on the best property on Singer Island. My family wanted a brief getaway during Spring Break and booked this trip. We have stayed at the property before, but not the unit. Was a great stay and the bedding, furniture, kitchen were all in good condition. Will visit again next time down to the beach! »
