'I was in FL for work so I picked a place not too far from the office but so close to the beach!Everything was great!'

'We were so excited to be the very first guests! This condo is actually amazing and even better than the photos...really great wow factor! The host has thought of everything. So clean, very comfortable furniture, very well appointed kitchen, and the balcony is huge with fantastic ocean views. The building is new and beautiful with nice staff all around the property. Pools and grounds are great and the beach is perfect. We loved our stay and our trip! Thank you Nick!!!'

Great location too as we walked to Hurricane Alley for lunch (oysters were amazing), walked to Cafe Frankie’s for dinner (ask for Ciro, he treated us great!) and we went to Cafe Paris French Bakery for breakfast before we left. Would stay here again for sure! '

'I had a lovely 10 day stay the property is very quiet and close to all the wonderful restaurants and shops on Atlantic Ave!!! The Beach also has lounge chairs and umbrellas for rent but I also used the chairs provided later in the evening'

'Gorgeous condo on Singer Island. What’s not to love when it comes to a Ritz Carlton Residence? Beautiful property, spacious condo with that Ritz Carlton service. The unit has everything you need. The fitness center is better than the gym I pay a membership fee to and the Theater room was a hit at night. Cannot wait to return!'
