'Customer service: I stayed for 2 nights during the week. As far and the customer service nothing stood out about anyone staff member. No one was particularly warm or welcoming felt more like they were following a script. Fees: I was aware of the 25 per night fee.. but I was fine with bc it says it comes with 2 beach chairs which it does but….. the umbrella is not included and is an extra $30 bucks Location:was excellent walkable to nearby shops and restaurants. Bar: I used the rooftop bar...

'The hotel was in a great Neighborhood. The receptionists were very helpful and nice. I especially liked the pool area on the 4th floor. It was a great space to relax after a stressful travel day. They don’t sell liquor but there is a CVS right across the street!'

'Check-in was great, staff were very helpful and respectful. The room advertises ocean view….but all we experienced was a view of the street and buildings. The room was okay, but not 5 star and the floors were dirty in the bath area Had to put a towel down leaving shower and sliding the towel from shower area to sink, displayed a lot of dirt on the sliding towel. Great restaurant and staff where we ate our first night dinner. '

'The place was in a beautiful environment. Due to a water-pipe problem we had to move twice. The hotel employees tried to help us as best as possible in all this. Something we can really appreciate. As a form of compensation they gave us a Club Wyndham gift card of $50. Sad to say that the gift card turned out to be useless. Not so nice i would say.'

'This property is structured like a motel. The location is great. It’s a hop, skip, and a jump to the beach. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance. Both pools were clean and nice places to relax after a long day of fun in the sun. I would stay here again. The property does show signs of wear and tear, but it does not look run down. '
