'Nice room and nice area with shops and restaurants shared bathroom that was clean'

'Check in was very easy and they were kind enough to hold my bags until my proper check in time. The first room I was given had some mold in it and a small hole in the bottom of the wall. They were again very kind and switched me to a different room that was very clean. If you get placed on one side of the hotel though you can hear whatever club it is next door very late into the night unfortunately. '

'the staff was very helpful....thx.....the room was clean...the food in the resturant was good....and it is close to sams overpriced tours....but the location?....it is in a industral area of koror....no crime problem..but the hotel looked like it was in a junkyard'

'Prachtig authentiek, enigzins gedateerd, resort met kamers en cabins, uitkijkend op mooi natuurlijk groene plantage. Service van personeel is super en met gratis shuttle bus ben je zo in centrum. Ontbijt zou ook continental optie moeten hebben. Beter alternatief voor de standaard beton hotels.'

'ウェルカムドリンクが付いていたのですが　チケットを使わずに残念でした。朝食は毎日付いていて　バイキングでしたが　卵高騰のためか玉子料理がありませんでした。品数は多くはありませんでしたが　毎日少しずつ　品を変えて出されていました。すこしさみしかった お部屋は毎日清潔にしていただき　気持ちよく寝ることができました またぜひ利用したいランクのホテルでした'

'The driver hired to take me to the hotel was easily seen. Check in was quick and room ready. Any issue with the Room they addressed immediately. The water was warm for the shower. Bed very comfortable lots of places to store your luggage. The fridge and freezer worked well. Walking distance to the museums and souvenir shops. Lots of choices for places to eat and grocery stores. Beach is not walkable.'

Professional, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Ms. Belle Ruby Ann and Kate went beyond excellence when it came to customer service. Thank you for making my stay a very enjoyable and memorable experience Will most definitely come back to this hotel. The price too played such a great part in picking...

'I can’t say enough about the 4S Explorer. 4S service and dining (mostly) on a dive boat There are other water activities for non divers but Palau is for diving ! I’ve been diving for 30 years and this was hands down the best diving I’ve ever done. I only wish I had a few more days Already planning for the return trip. Not easy to get to Palau, but honestly, that is part of the charm and the dive sites aren’t over run with tourists'
