'Check in was very easy and they were kind enough to hold my bags until my proper check in time. The first room I was given had some mold in it and a small hole in the bottom of the wall. They were again very kind and switched me to a different room that was very clean. If you get placed on one side of the hotel though you can hear whatever club it is next door very late into the night unfortunately. '

'The driver hired to take me to the hotel was easily seen. Check in was quick and room ready. Any issue with the Room they addressed immediately. The water was warm for the shower. Bed very comfortable lots of places to store your luggage. The fridge and freezer worked well. Walking distance to the museums and souvenir shops. Lots of choices for places to eat and grocery stores. Beach is not walkable.'

'The hotel’s location is exceptionally excellent 5 stars for that. It is literally walking distance to cafes stores and restaurants. Within the heart of town. The staff was absolutely 5 stars. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Ms. Belle Ruby Ann and Kate went beyond excellence when it came to customer service. Thank you for making my stay a very enjoyable and memorable experience Will most definitely come back to this hotel. The price too played such a great part in picking...

'I can’t say enough about the 4S Explorer. 4S service and dining (mostly) on a dive boat There are other water activities for non divers but Palau is for diving ! I’ve been diving for 30 years and this was hands down the best diving I’ve ever done. I only wish I had a few more days Already planning for the return trip. Not easy to get to Palau, but honestly, that is part of the charm and the dive sites aren’t over run with tourists'

'the staff was very helpful....thx.....the room was clean...the food in the resturant was good....and it is close to sams overpriced tours....but the location?....it is in a industral area of koror....no crime problem..but the hotel looked like it was in a junkyard'

'Disappointing since I stayed there a long time ago. It’s under new management who have not kept up the hotel. The restaurant and bars are closed. The complimentary breakfast consisted of hard boiled eggs, white toast —no jam, butter, rce jook, spicey rice noodles, picked vegetables, cabbage slaw, Black Chinese tea. They tried to accommodate me with instant coffee and milk. Workers are nice. Basically for Chinese visitors. '

'Dit hotel is veel achterstallig onderhoud, slechte service en heeft dringend een opknapbeurt nodig. De tv in de kamer heeft slechts drie kanalen, waarvan meestal met storing. Er is geen Wi-Fi op de kamers. Het zwembad lijkt weinig onderhoud te krijgen, gezien de armoedige staat waarin het verkeerd. Als je de front desk confronteert met feedback, krijg je een erg laconieke reactie. Het hotel is het geld niet waard.'
