'We were picked up at the airport right on time. No problems at all even with our group of 12. I stayed in a room with a view and a balcony. It was clean and comfortable. The a/c worked really well. The staff was very courteous and helpful. They responded quickly to the emails I sent with questions before my stay. I will be returning at the end of the week and look forward to another 4 days of comfort. '

'Prachtig authentiek, enigzins gedateerd, resort met kamers en cabins, uitkijkend op mooi natuurlijk groene plantage. Service van personeel is super en met gratis shuttle bus ben je zo in centrum. Ontbijt zou ook continental optie moeten hebben. Beter alternatief voor de standaard beton hotels.'

'I can’t say enough about the 4S Explorer. 4S service and dining (mostly) on a dive boat There are other water activities for non divers but Palau is for diving ! I’ve been diving for 30 years and this was hands down the best diving I’ve ever done. I only wish I had a few more days Already planning for the return trip. Not easy to get to Palau, but honestly, that is part of the charm and the dive sites aren’t over run with tourists'

'Disappointing since I stayed there a long time ago. It’s under new management who have not kept up the hotel. The restaurant and bars are closed. The complimentary breakfast consisted of hard boiled eggs, white toast —no jam, butter, rce jook, spicey rice noodles, picked vegetables, cabbage slaw, Black Chinese tea. They tried to accommodate me with instant coffee and milk. Workers are nice. Basically for Chinese visitors. '

'Dit hotel is veel achterstallig onderhoud, slechte service en heeft dringend een opknapbeurt nodig. De tv in de kamer heeft slechts drie kanalen, waarvan meestal met storing. Er is geen Wi-Fi op de kamers. Het zwembad lijkt weinig onderhoud te krijgen, gezien de armoedige staat waarin het verkeerd. Als je de front desk confronteert met feedback, krijg je een erg laconieke reactie. Het hotel is het geld niet waard.'
