The junior suite room was ok. But I was disappointed with 2 major things.
That are standard in all the hotels I have stayed at. Especially in a junior suite. This is of the utmost importance to me.
1) Taking a shower with a good temperature hot water. I could not take a shower, nor use the jacuzzi Right Away!
I called the front desk staff. For maintenance to come take a look. Their response from maintenance, who never came to the room; said to just run the water for 10-15 minutes. It took longer than 15 minutes.
In order for me not shower or bathe in cold water. I had to keep the sink, shower and jacuzzi faucets open and running. For more than 20 minutes in order to get warm water. The water temperature never got hotter than luke warm water. I ended up pouring into the tub, 5 pots of water. I had warmed up from the hot water kettle.
2) Bed was very stiff and uncomfortable. There was no softness in the mattress. I was unable to get a good nights’ sleep. And had to go to my friends room to sleep. Which was a standard room, with a very comfortable, soft bed.
Bed needs to be changed. Hot Water/temperature in the bathroom sink, shower and jacuzzi needs to be immediately available and adjustable. Customers should not have to wait to get (at the very least) warm water.
On a Plus side, the complimentary hotel shuttle to the airport was readily available to Expedia members. Thank you for that.
