After complaining about that we were moved from the third floor to the seventh floor where we could see the ocean partially. 'The hotel is located at Calle El Conde,the main street.That means you're close to everything (restaurants,bars,...).At 100 m there's even a supermarket ! Our room had a balcony which is very nice to watch people passing by. It also had a kitchenette fully equipped (that we did not use). The room was cleaned every day. The bed was good. The shower was excellent,as well as the airco. Omar and the girl at the reception (forgot her name)were very friendly and helpful ! The only thing that could...

'Let me start by saying what the only bad thing is about this hotel: the wifi reception on the upper floors. This is probably the best hotel I ever stayed at Malecon. Everything is fine: the rooms, the pool, the gym, the food, the staff...everything and everyone! This was my second stay and I will go back!'
