'The two reserved tower rooms with partial ocean view were not provided when checking in. After complaining about that we were moved from the third floor to the seventh floor where we could see the ocean partially. Furthermore, during the booking process we were offered "slot play" as an included amenity, but this has not been available for more than two years according to the reception employees.'

'The hotel is located at Calle El Conde,the main street.That means you're close to everything (restaurants,bars,...).At 100 m there's even a supermarket ! Our room had a balcony which is very nice to watch people passing by. It also had a kitchenette fully equipped (that we did not use). The room was cleaned every day. The bed was good. '2 duurste kamers van hotel geboekt exutive suite met jacuizi op kamer, alleen 1e kamer voldeed aan foto en beschrijving op expederia site, maar jacuizi bleek defect, afijn 2e kamer welke ikzelf had geboekt, bed, betegeld maar aantal tegels af, gevolg vlijmscherp beton waarbij als je niet uitkijkt je hele been aan kan openhalen, geen zeep in dispencer, geen handdoeken op kamer, bij navraag bleek zeep op te zijn? maar nog gekker moest ik maar in supermarkt gaan halen, later kwamen ze met klein...
