'We were a group of 17, house fit us all well. Close proximity to beach. 15 to 20 minute walk to 5th AVe. Pool was small, but we made it work. Air conditioning was good, water was unpredictable, it often quit, but fixed promptly when called.'

The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, making it easy to cook and fully enjoy the property without needing to go out. We hired a private chef one night that the property owners recommended, and she was incredible! 'The villa is run down - as we expected from previous reviews, but I think it's reasonably priced considering when it's a large group. I'm not sure the pool area is safe, or how clean the kitchen is but we had a nice time. Leo was really lovely and it gets the stars because of him. It's a shame the owners don't invest in fixing things up and investing in it because it has a lot of potential. '
