Featuring 3 comfortable bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, it’s ideal for families and small groups. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area, and a lovely outdoor space perfect for dining and relaxing. Thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience, this inviting retreat is a great home base for exploring the area and making lasting memories.

    I am available from 8 am through around 9 pm 7 days a week. I do my best to respond within minutes. Occasionally, it takes longer.

    ***Please note - the city is replacing the sidewalk in front of the home from 7/6-7/20. There will be limited or no access to the driveway from 8:30 to 3:30 each day. Steel plates will be placed outside of those hours for access.***

    Old Downtown Overland Park, known for its charming local shops and restaurants, is just a 7-minute drive away. Arrowhead Stadium (Go Chiefs!!), is approximately 25 minutes away by car. Kauffman Stadium (Go Royals!!), is approximately 25 minutes away by car. Downtown Kansas City, with its rich cultural and historical offerings, is just a 20-minute drive away.

    This prime location offers the perfect balance between suburban comfort and urban excitement, making it an ideal choice for those seeking a dynamic lifestyle in close proximity to the best of Kansas City.

    You will have full access to the entire home. The washer and dryer are located in the unfinished basement.

Cozy, clean and well stocked

We went to KC to visit our adult son. Was a fun weekend in a nice location. VRBO was very neat and clean and generously stocked with everything we needed. Would highly recommend to a group of 5 or less.

Great house!

Loved our stay here! It was just right for 3 adults. Beds were comfortable, linens were all nice too. Hot showers with plenty of water pressure. Walked downtown to the farmers' market on a Saturday it was fun! Hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond. Would definitely recommend.

Trip to our hometown

We like to rent when we come home to see family so we can have our own space. This house was so cute had all the space we needed for my husband, our 2 year old, 4 year old and I. Laundry was easily accessible in the clean finished basement. One potential downside was the driveway backs up to a busy road so you have to be patient when pulling out, but that didn’t bother us. The host was very responsive when we couldn’t find the towels 😆 Overall we had a great experience!
