Check-in duurde erg lang en dit werd bemoeilijkt doordat de medewerker slecht Engels sprak. incheck procedure die ze moest doorlopen was veel te lang. Bovendien was de vriendelijkheid ook ver te zoeken. Ligging van het hotel is goed met voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Stukje rijden naar het centrum van Ottawa. '

'Le Germain was a great hotel and conveniently located such that we could park the car and walk everywhere we wanted in downtown Ottawa. Close to the Byward Market, restaurants, etc. Rooms were very nice and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.'

'I think the Westin is beautiful located. The hotel is spacious, there is also a conference center. I stayed there prior to a grouptravel voyage and we used one of the large rooms off the conference center for a briefing. That fitted 200 persons easily. The rooms were nice and spacious. Comfortabele beds. '

'The Hotel is located 10min walk from Ottawa’s highlights. No other transportation needed than your legs. Furthermore there is a Fitness Room, swimming pool and small Sauna available. After Sauna visit there is an outdoor terras to cool down slowly. We had a suite for 5/6 people and this was a convenient way of spending our time in this Hotel. (Kitchen + dishwasher is available as well. '
