'Beautiful property and great location'

'Beetje verouderde kamers maar wel heel proper.'

'A quiet oasis only a few minutes walk away from the bamboo forest and bustling streets of Aryshima. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the public baths had a sauna, steam room and cold plunge pool in addition to an outdoor and indoor bath. The private baths were also each unique and the free ice cream and yakult afterwards was the perfect way to cap off a soaking session.'

'I loved how authentic the experience felt and looked, curated by such amazing and sweet souls. '

'Hotel: luxurious and great location, spacious and clean rooms, various cleaning room options. Hotel has a shuttle bus to drive guests to a train/subway station. Staff: very helpful, give valuable and usefull information, Restaurant/food: only tried western breakfast. Everyday was the same but had enough options to chose from. The only small complaint i have is the lack of protein options. Overall: great hotel, would definitely recommend it for those visiting Kyoto'

'My husband and I stayed at this accommodation for 4 nights and had such a pleasant experience. The entire apartment was clean and comfortable, and we loved having access to a kitchen, tub and washing machine after staying in smaller hotels over the course of our trip in Japan. The neighbourhood was very calm and peaceful, yet still walking distance to convenience stores and some amazing restaurants. 'Lovely place to stay in an area of Kyoto that’s close to a few large, beautiful shrines. Really great room complemented by a wonderful, helpful staff. Would love to stay here again!'

'Expensive breakfast and not worth the price- only negative. Hotel is within a cab ride of all attractions or a 20 minute walk. Staff are very friendly and hotel is clean and rooms are beautiful.'

'The Front desk and Concierge were amazing and set me up for an amazing Japan Adventure'

'This small hotel is really cute. The rooms are clean, equipped and super nice! The staff was really helpful and polite. They have breakfast and they have 2 light meals during the day which were good and perfect for what they are. Really happy with the property and the experience. I loved the bathtub with view on the interior garden.'

'Great for solo travelers with a car. The covered parking is convenient and the staff was polite.'

'Heerlijk verblijf gehad in het hotel. Mooie kamer, goed ontbijt.

'Location is next to aeon mall'

'ホットドッグもうまかった！'

'Mooi schoon hotel, kamers niet heel groot maar alles is er. Diverse restaurants vlakbij, evenals treinstation. Prima uitvalsbasis voor vakantie'
