'Location très propre et fonctionnelle…vue sur l’océan…tranquille pas de soucis, seul petit détail qu’il faudrait préciser dans l’annonce c’est que Charco del Palo est un « village naturiste ». Ça surprend au départ et ça peut être gênant pour certains vacanciers avec des jeunes…'

'Leuk klein appartement met een zwembad direct aan het terras en zicht op zee. Het appartement lijkt wat verouderd en kan hier en daar wat verf gebruiken maar alles werkt en het bed ligt goed. Op het terras kun je indien nodig uit de wind zitten. Er zijn voldoende restaurants en supermarkten op loopafstand aanwezig. We zijn hier een week geweest in januari en dat is prima bevallen.'

Een buitenzwembad en een verwarmd zwembad

'Wir waren vom 19.07 bis 09.08.25 in der schönen Finca in der noch ursprünglichen Gemeinde Tinajo im mittleren Westen der Insel. Ein Auto ist von Vorteil. Zum Einkaufen, für die Fahrten an die Strände und auch um die Insel erkunden zu können. Im Ort gibt es fußläufig einen kleinen aber sehr gut ausgestatteten Supermarkt, der hat aber am Sonntag geschlossen. Die Finca liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Es gibt einen sehr großen Pool, der zu kleinen Wettkämpfen innerhalb der Familie einlädt, der...

'We have had such a great holiday here. The house is super luxurious and has everything you need, smart TV, wonderful beds, nice showers, great pool, big and cozy house and everything is super clean. The beach and center can be done on foot. We will definitely come back again.'

'Wir sind begeistert! Es gibt nichts, was unseren Aufenthalt in Lanzarote besser hätte machen können. Das Ferienhaus liegt ideal, man kommt in alle Richtungen fix weg. Das Haus ist groß, unfassbar gut ausgestattet und der Pool ist natürlich das Highlight. Adriane war immer gut zu erreichen und hat uns mit vielen Tipps versorgt. Sollten wir uns mal wieder für Urlaub auf Lanzarote entscheiden, weiß ich genau, wo wir nächtigen wollen.:)'

As other reviews have stated air con units are not working and even with the small electric fans at night with some windows kept open it was difficult to sleep, but luckily only mosquito bite between us! 'Very good location. The villa was amazing. Check in was super quick and easy. The host maintained contact throughout. The only downside was the WiFi. In this day and age where most things run off WiFi we felt it was a bit patchy in places. But other than that a fantastic villa an amazing location would deffo use again. '

'It’s difficult to find places for a family with 4 children but this place was perfect. It had everything including a washing machine so we were able to travel light. Keith was fantastic at communication and really helpful. Check in and out were easy. Lots of towels provided. Kitchen had everything we needed to self cater. Highly recommend. We will definitely be returning.'

'Wir haben hier zwei wunderbar ruhige Wochen verbracht. Wer die Insel kennt, weiß, dass Haria im Norden, abseits der ganzen Ressorts, liegt. Das hat uns aber nicht gestört. Costa Teguise ist in 30 Minuten und Puerto del Carmen in gut 40 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. In Arrieta gibt es ein paar gut sortierte Läden, somit ist die Versorgung kein Problem. Das Haus bietet neben seiner ruhigen Lage eine beeindruckende Aussicht auf das Dorf. Der Wintergarten bietet die Möglichkeit, abends bis spät...

'Fantastic Villa, great amount of space. We were a family of five with 3 teenagers. Pool was excellent and was cleaned twice during our 10day stay.Recommend hiring a car to save on taxis and buses. It is such a good location to get onto any of the main roads to explore the island.Just to note showers aren't very powerful and the hot water takes a while to come through.Communciation with the mangement compnay was very repsonsive, and any issues were immediately resolved.Would definitely recommend...

'Just back from a great stay at this villa. Had everything (and more) that we needed for our stay. Villa was very clean, pool heated which was great on the windier days. Martine was a great host, good communication regarding our stay from the moment we booked and during our stay she was on hand to answer any questions. Villa in a quiet location but close to supermarket and a few restaurants. A pleasant 20 minute walk to "The Square" where there are lots of bars and places to eat. Would stay...

'Zeer genoten. Leuk gelegen aan voet van het dorp, waardoor prachtig uitzicht over bergen, zee en stadjes verderop. Prettig warm zwembad. Volledig ingericht. Jammer van de trapjes in het huis ivm verschillende woonlagen. '

We’ve already booked a month again next winter.Really enjoyed the MaiTai Bar and the Haviends buffet.The villa is very well equipped with everything you need for self catering, although lots of great restaurants to try in CT. The Murphy bed is a great idea and very comfy. To sum up- loved it!!'

"Geweldig hotel. Mooi dakzwembad. Fitnessruimte overtrof dé verwachtingen. Nette, moderne, lichte kamer en badkamer. Verzorgd en afwisselend ontbijtbuffel. Schitterende ligging aan een wandelboulevard met zicht op zee dicht bij het oude centrum van Arrecife."

"We hadden best veel negatieve reviews gelezen, maar wij hebben het juist als heel goed ervaren. Personeel werkt knetterhard, en hebben zichtbaar plezier in hun werk en superaardig naar hun gasten toe. Appartement prima, zelfs slaapbank was netjes opgemaakt en lag prima. Locatie kon niet beter. Eten was gevarieerd en goed (al moet je het natuurlijk niet gaan vergelijken met de all inclusive buffetten in turkije) Het zwembad is niet verwarmd, dus water was erg koud. Maar ja dat wisten we van te voren. Kortom we zouden zoweer gaan!"
