Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, a washing machine as well as satellite and cable television. Air conditioning is only available in the main bedroom and the living room, the other bedrooms have fans. The absolute highlight of the fenced property is the enormous outdoor area, which enchants guests with its array of terraces and the beautiful 59 m2 pool which, with its elegant form, promises refreshment on sunny afternoons for all guests, both young and old. Outside visitors can sunbathe by the poolside, enjoy fresh, barbecued meals together in the crisp air, and shower off before returning inside. One open terrace on the upper floor, however, is the most captivating of all: here the natural beauty of Lanzarote’s landscape - with views of the mountains and open sky above - encompasses visitors as they recline in sun loungers. Shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are still only a 3-minute drive (1.8 km) away in Teguise while the beautiful sandy beach, Playa Las Cucharas is about 2.3 km or a 4-minute drive from the villa. Here visitors can stretch out on the golden sand, forget the stress of everyday life and listen as waves roll up on the shore.
