« This place was right on the ocean and just beautiful surrounding shore . I’ve stayed on the bay side of the island but this was so much more exciting. You can’t beat having waves hitting the shore line. The house was just right for 4 people. Would love to visit again and stay here. We all loved it »

« House was very clean with the exception of some dust/sand on floors, even though you could not see it walking on the floors in bare feet always felt that that maybe a good washing was needed. We just swept with the broom/vacuum and it was better. But one thing that really stood out when arriving is the cement stairs dug into the hill that you needed to go down to get to the house. So glad that there was a railing to hold onto because the stairs were not level at all. This posed a real threat to...

« Beautiful area and location over looking the water. The kitchen was nice but not a lot of supplies for cooking bigger meals. Campfire had wood and we enjoyed having a fire and sitting outside. »

« What a beautiful property! My family and I stayed for a few days to enjoy Boothbay Harbor and it was the perfect spot for our getaway. My toddler loved the open floor plan and being so close to the water. It was an ideal distance to downtown without being in the hecticness of it all. Highly recommend!! »

« This property sets a high standard with many fine details & workmanship that enhanced our comfort during our stay. We took a couple of lovely walks from the property without having to get in the car. Would be nice suggestions: some basic kitchen condiments, hair dryer, screens, & a grab bar for the bathtub. We would definitely recommend & come back. »

« This property is as advertised. It is a bit out of the way, but that was what we were looking for. Everything at the property worked and we had no major issues. Beds were comfortable and the property is as pictured in the listing. Nice and relaxing with all the amenities needed for a nice stay. »

« Great place to stay. The cottage was spotless and had just about everything one needs. The view from the balcony is really nice and the property grounds are beautifully maintained. It is 5 minute walk to Spruce Point Inn which has a great restaurant so you do not need to drive to town, which in itself is only about 10 minutes. I would definitely stay there again. »
