We had a great stay at Vista Cay! Everything was exactly as advertised — clean, spacious, and very well maintained. The check-in process was smooth, and communication was clear and prompt from start to finish.The unit had plenty of room for our group, comfortable beds, and all the amenities we needed to relax after long days out. The location was perfect — close to attractions, restaurants, and shopping, yet still quiet and peaceful.We truly appreciated how accurate the listing was — no surprises, just a stress-free, enjoyable stay. We would absolutely book here again and highly recommend Vista Cay Vacation Rentals to anyone visiting the area!

we stayed for aau volleyball tourney. the unit was very clean and as advertised. not much in the kitchen if you are planning to cook meals. otherwise, it was an excellent place to stay if you are planning to be at convention center for a few days. about a 15-20 min walk.

I originally booked 1 too man days, the next day after my wife realized it i communicated with the property manager and asked if we could remove the last day. They said no so i re adjusted to stay the extra day anyway just to find out that they removed it and still charged me for it. I had to check out a day early then had to rent hotel rooms because I arranged to go ahead and stay that night. If you say that you can't adjust my reservation then don't. I feel cheated. The kitchen floor was sticky, stains on the blanket and the carpet was stained badly between beds.

Fitness Center

The fitness center has nice equipment, could use one more bicycle. But that would be impossible, the room is too small. The equipment is inches apart from each other best if only 1-3 people work out at a time, but usually 7 are in there. The main property owners (Vista Cay) should understand this is a turning away point and finding other properties to stay at will be a definite option.

Great location for Universal and Sea World

Plenty of amenities (pool, fitness center). We did have a few ants show up in one spare room but the management company quickly dispatched pest control so I doubt it would be an issue for anyone else. Overall a great experience. Only complaint would be that it’s listed to leave garbage out in the receptacles in the hallway daily, but we were only given 3 bags and only 2 dishwasher detergent packs. Just tough to buy additional in small quantities so perhaps bring a handful. These are minor things, but something to consider so you’re not running to the grocery store (which is only .5 mi away). Thanks!

5 Day Stay

The condo was beautiful and super roomy. It was very clean and had great, comfortable beds. My family always felt safe in the complex and in the apartment. It rained the majority of our time there so we didn’t have a chance to visit the pools or playgrounds. I did have multiple issues with the property. It was listed as a first floor property and I was ended up being a second floor property. There was an elevator which they quickly pointed out but that was not what I had paid for at all. We did not have the correct code to check in to our property and it took a while to get the correct one sent our way. We had paid for early check in so they refunded half of this to us. When we got into the condo we realized the washer did not work. As the parent of a special needs child who has frequent accidents, we needed a washer and dryer and would never book a stay at a condo that didn’t have these amenities. I called about this issue every day of our 5 day stay and it was never fixed the entire time we were there. We kept getting the same issue that it was being looked at and would be handled ASAP. We offered to move to a different condo multiple times but we’re told all units were booked. We ended up spending multiple hours during our stay finding places to wash our laundry for an additional charge to us. We not only lost more money but hours of vacation time in this process. Our air conditioner display also was having issues that finally got resolved on day 3. We were unable to regulate the temp in our condo until then. It was either hot or freezing. The dishwasher didn’t work at all but we didn’t find this issue until we were about to check out as we had used very few dishes. The company did give us a 10% refund when we departed and it was a step in the right direction. Honestly, we lost more money and time than that traipsing around Orlando finding and using a coin operated washer. I loved the location and it was a lovely, spacious condo. However, my family will not stay in a Casiola home rental again.
