Flats in Opatija

'Classic Austro-Hungarian style hotel, great location. Only downside is the view on the very ugly roof of the hotel next door (Hotel Paris). The staff are somewhat stiff, and they raised prices of parking and pets without mentioning that on Expedia. That's a minus. Otherwise we had a nice time because there are many great food/drink locations around and Opatija is just awesome!'

'I finished up a wonderful stay and wanted to express how nice the staff was!! From Hana and Rachel at the front desk to Adrian who was in charge of cleaning my room. They always asked if I needed anything to make my stay as inviting as possible. The views from my room to the Adriatic beach front chairs were absolutely stunning. Hana made restaurant reservation for us at Ružmarin which was excellent by the way. The restaurant staff at breakfast and dinner were on top of their game, as well. ...

It’s the same as the surroundings, something that has once been grand and luxury is not that anymore. We enjoyed our stay even though there was a big sewer smell in the room. Time to modernize and leave the old “chique” behind.'
