'The room is always clean. I like that I can control the thermostat to my preference. The room is spacious. The bathroom is clean and the shower is perfect! The staff at the front desk is always welcoming and recognized me from my previous stays. I will continue to choose to stay here every time I travel for work. '

'Spacious, clean and comfortable is what I would describe this location. We were passing through on our way to another city and wanted to stay longer just to stay at this home. Beautifully designed and very spacious for 6 adult women with a lot of luggage. Owner was attentive and responsive, would definitely recommend this property for anyone with a large group. '

'The property was very dirty, kitchen was sparsely stocked with dishes, flatware, etc. Kitchen appliances were dirty or broken. Furniture was missing or broken. Linens were poor quality and stained. Was told not to set AC below 70 but ceiling fans made screeching noise. Area was pretty seedy. Left after one night of 3 booked. '

'The host was particularly responsive to all our request. The property was very comfortable and safe. We had packages delivers and received everything we ordered. The property is located in the 3rd Ward of Houston located across the street from an elementary school, which cut way down on excessive street traffic. The living room furniture was not the most comfortable although it was clean and relatively new. '

'Nice property in the arts district - within walking distance to Spring Street bike trail, food/coffee/ restaurants (Sawyer Yards, etc.), art studios, and Target. Clean property. Enough space for 6 adults or a large family given 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths. Along the railroad track but sound is not a major disturbance. Neighborhood is nice though a couple properties next to the unit are rundown (other post mentions this). Would stay again! '
