This is a relatively new property with amazing sea views and a great breakfast spread. But that is the only positive. The housekeeping is below par. The front office is often manned by newly recruited staff who are clueless and do not have the necessary skills and knowledge to manage guests, Our room (upgraded 1st day room and subsequent room the next day) had a stream of red ants all over the room. The housekeeping staff had to be called in late at night (well past 10 o’clock) to clean the room. After over 25 minutes of intensive cleaning we found that the ants were back in the room by the morning. Another round of cleaning the next day only minimize the ant infestation. Later that night we found silver fish insects in the bed. Next morning another one was discovered on the bed. We decided to check out one day earlier even though we had paid for the full period. The Front Office Manager was apologetic- but offered no solutions. As a 5 star property, cleanliness and prompt response is the least that you expect. Unfortunately this property needs some serious lessons in customer and housekeeping services.
