'Heel vriendelijk personeel. Zeer schoon. Dichtbij een mooi strand prima busverbinding naar Chania. Bij uitchecken kregen we een flesje raki mee wat een mooi gebaar! '

'The property was fantastic clean with a fridge, microwave coffee machine and kettle, could not see a plug socket next to the coffee machine or kettle minor problem though, not a problem for us but the stairs are steep just to bear it in mind. Again really for us it was super👍'

'Ciel is a boutique complex of around 6 rooms. We booked 2 rooms for a family of 4 travelling. Rooms were decent size, feature a mini fridge & coffee machine. Old town is around a 10m walk which we did a few times but then chose to drive and park for around €5-7 per time. Decent beaches are around 25-30m drive from there. Beds are super comfortable. Bathrooms are modern and shower has good pressure. Host was super friendly and gave us great advice on beaches to go to and where to eat. I would...

'La struttura è molto pulita e si trova in posizione molto centrale. Se sprovvisti di auto è ottima in quanto di fronte alla stazione dei pullman di Chania. Può essere difficoltoso trovare parcheggio in special modo nelle vicinanze a qualsiasi orario. Per il resto perfetto.'

'Very beautiful hotel right at the heart of Crete old town. The hotel is at the centre of a shopping street and wonderful restaurants, the back side is the beautiful Old Harbor's breakwater and lighthouse. The staff were warm and friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended and would still choose to stay here on my next visit to Chania.'

'This was a cute and very clean room in the middle of Old Town Chania. Perfect location, one block from the harbor. The room was cleaned every day and there was a lovely terrace for coffee. George responded quickly to all questions. We would definitely stay there again.'

'A unique suite, fairly newly renovated. Well maintained. Helpful, friendly staff. Perfect place close to the old port but far enough to mute nighttime noise. Short walk to beach, shops, and the Old Port. The restaurant next door had lovely food. Also, short walk to the secure parking company we used. 'A lovely room with a fantastic view, only a minute’s walk from the waterfront. The room was clean, and the fridge stocked with bottled water and fruit juice. Very little noise from the street at night, despite nearby bars being busy. Good WiFi speeds. Bathroom was a good size, nice toiletries and a good shower. I would strongly recommend fitting security locks to the room doors. Only having the actual door lock with no deadbolt did not feel secure, and with people moving around the...
