Pensions in Chania

'If you have mold sensitivity don’t stay here. Apparently the pope stopped by at some point… so there’s that.'

'The location was absolutely perfect, and the check-in process was easy. Vaggelis was very helpful, friendly, and we will HANDS DOWN stay here again, every time. There is no parking, so I would say that is the only drawback. However, the location is near a street right behind the alley (straight shot and paved) where you contemporarily pull up your car to unload your luggage.LOVED my Nespresso coffee maker & pods in the morning and our little balcony was so charming. Rhe beds were super comfy and...

'Overall clean. Host was very receptive and made sure to respond if anything was required. Location is excellent'

'Fantastic stay in a great location only a 10 min bus ride from Chania. Room and staff were great, would highly recommend. Also had a parking space for our car and beach, supermarket, bars etc very close by.'

'Een prachtige suite in een zeer mooie omgeving. Warm ontvangst en perfecte persoonlijke service. Staan altijd voor je klaar. Veel restaurantjes in de buurt. Echt genieten!'

'We stayed at the hotel to start our honeymoon and despite telling the staff several times what a special occasion it was we were never offered so much as a congratulations. We received 1 towel and 1 hand towel per person and attended reception to request an additional towel and were told that they didn’t have anymore and “maybe tomorrow ask housekeeping”. About an hour later, housekeeping repeatedly tried to access our room, knocking on the door and trying their key card despite us asking what...

'Pros: The rooms were nice enough and the beds were quite comfortable. Considering the location, the building was not too loud as long as you use earplugs. Cons: the service and reception was completely nonexistent. We went to the reception daily at different times and not a single time was anyone there We were given a single toilet paper roll for 3 nights stay and we booked a suite with two rooms for multiple people but couldn’t get more and had to buy it ourselves which is just an incredibly...

'Here’s a polished version that keeps it warm and natural: Hotel Review✓ We had a wonderful stay at Avra Venetian Harbour Apartment! The location was fantastic, easy to access and within walking distance of lots of lovely restaurants and bars, the port and old town while still being quiet enough for a relaxing stay. The room was clean, modern, and beautifully presented, and the bathroom was especially impressive. The bathtub was a great touch and made the stay feel even more luxurious. We...

'My mother and I stayed here from June 22 to June 30, and we had such a wonderful time. Argiro, the host, is an incredibly kind and caring woman. She was always easy to reach whenever I had any questions. The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean, and has everything you could possibly need. It was also excellent value for money, especially considering everything it offers. After spending the whole day exploring, it was amazing to relax in the private jacuzzi. We felt completely safe, both in...
