« Comfort Inn Scherville was advertising as being operable when they weren’t. They were without power! I booked two nights (8/12-14) online due to tornadoes in my area and being without power for days. When I arrived, Comfort Inn had no power. There were two staff ppl there that I spoke with confirming they would cancel the reservation, even took down my name. Received an email on 8/13 stating they won’t be issuing a refund. « The room was spacious and clean and comfortable beds. The breakfast was free and nice spread with many different options. Kerig coffee makers in room nice touch! The staff was friendly. Only wished was more directive that parking is in back and how to get to it. On front is street side and no parking. I wish they would send u email/text saying parking entrance in back. Me and my family would stay there again!! »

« Booked for 5 person, only 2 beds, I had to pay 10$ for an uncomfortable additionnal bed. People were smoking marijuane in their rooms close to us, and even cooked. Wonderful smell when you want to sleep »
