The only challenge as others mentioned is parking. It is a tight fit and if your tires are on the sidewalk you can be ticketed. 'Positives: Property was as described. Owner lives next door and only saw briefly. Check in was seamless. Beds were comfortable. Immediate neighborhood was quiet. Beaches were clean. Cons: spiral stair case was fine for us and our 7 year old but I would not recommend for younger or elderly. Only tv and bathroom is all the way downstairs. There are no doors closing any rooms so you can hear everything from all floors (including snoring). Fry pans and pillows need replacing. The deck out back...
