'The room was modern and large compare to other Japanese brand hotels we have stayed on this trip. I really appreciate having plenty of electrical plugs for all of our devices next to both sides of the bed. There was no breakfast buffet but they had American and Japanese set breakfast that were adequate. The hotel was about 20 mins walk from Tokyo station or 1200 yen cab ride. 'We LOVE this hotel stay. It's definitely a HOME away from home with EVERYTHING we need, from full kitchen to washer-dryer laundry room. We enjoy the spacious layout, dining table, large fridge... also, very convenient location with 7/11, cafe, restaurants, free shuttle at Tokyo City Air Terminal, plus airport bus direct to both airports! The only tiny thing I wish is NO little window by bunk bed because it was very cold with breeze air coming through in December... I had to wear a hoodie to...

'Wij zijn nu twee keer in dit geweldige hotel geweest. Ook voor op de kop af zeven jaar hebben we hier gelogeerd. Was wel drie keer met lounge. Kamer super, ligging centraal bij metro-station, service top, inclusief meehelpen bagagetransport naar Tokyo terminal, ontbijt zeer goed. Lounge, beter kan miet. Komen zeker weer terug!'

'When we got there, they actually upgraded us to a suite. And man…it was AMAZING! Spacious, two nice beds and a long sofa, and a flat screen TV. The bathroom had two ports and a giant tub. We had four adults and one child (who is four) and we all just got fit into the suite. The location is close to subway stations, plenty of local restaurants and beautiful walks. When we come back to Ginza, we will be staying here again.'

'Clean room, very helpful staff, enough room for 2 adults and 2 teenage girls. Reception went out of their way to help with whatever we needed. Great location close by the Train station, easy to travel for daily activities and quiet at night. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay there again.'

'Bus that takes you to big stations stops in front of the hotel, getting around was easy. small shopping area across the streed some good ramen there.'

'Pretty spacious compared to other business hotels in Tokyo and I liked that there is only one room per floor. We used the coin laundry which was less than 5 min walk from the hotel and cost less than 10 USD for washing and drying. We walked to Ginza and Tokyo Station.'
