'This day was very limited time I asked for pet friendly when I got to the hotel it's only service animals only so I stayed standing outside waiting trying to find another hotel'

'The stay was amazing. Very luxurious. Shower is huge, separate soaking tub which was great. The views into the valley was gorgeous while enjoying the hot tub on the deck. Couldn't have chose a better place to stay. Will definitely stay again!!'

'The property was great and spacious with all the necessities shampoo, conditioner, extra towels, blankets and pillows, laundry and dish soap. The only issue is being directly across the medical facilities, there were many ambulances and other emergency vehicles including helicopters, throughout the night making it very hard to sleep soundly.'

'The room was grossly dirty. I took pictures and shared with the desk the minute l checked in but was told that cleaning is once a week. When the lady came to clean 7 days later, she spent 5 minutes removing trash and sweeping part of the floor. She didnt change the linen or exchange the towels - company policy. This is not a hotel or motel, its a dormitory.'

'We would absolutely stay here again. It was a great location close to great restaurant options and pretty views of the downtown and water. In the reviews I read the biggest complaint was the noise level. You could clear as day hear any conversations of other rooms if you were in the hallway. Once inside our rooms it wasn’t as bad but we are pretty easy sleepers and other guests were very respectful.'
