'My extended Family of 18-adults and 3-children had a great stay at this magnificent home. The location was great for all the outdoor activities that we were interested in. A bonus was the wildlife, a Bull Elk in the velvet, Wild Turkeys and lots of birds. This house included lots of amenities, pool table, basketball, yard games, wonderful Gazebo with swings. We would definitely stay here again, and recommend it for any large family gathering, wedding venue, etc. '

'This was a great house to get all the kids and grandkids together for my husbands 70th B'day. We used the media room to show a slideshow of 70 years of memories. This was one of the favorite activities for all. The sound system and large screen really enhanced this experience. There is plenty of room and some really unique gathering places to reconnect with family. The kitchen and dining room area was our main gathering place. Plenty of space and seating to eat, play games and just hang out...

'In town to visit our son and experience the rodeo. Location was convenient to our son, downtown and walkable to the rodeo venue or to the shuttle bus if used. Air conditioner worked well, a concern my husband had. Only downside is you can hear the street noise well into the night. '

'The house was ready and the owner was very communicative. The house was clean and as described. The only thing I would change would be pillows. The only pillows in the closets and on the beds were decorative pillows and the extra pillows in the cabinets were small decorative pillows. That’s just me being a little picky. '

'We stayed here for our family reunion of 19 people from 9 states and DC! Lots of room - was perfect for us. We loved the theatre room and location.'

'Our family had a great vacation in Eden and our accommodations were very ideal. The home had everything we needed, was very comfortable and spacious. The only thing that would have been nice is to have an additional bathroom in the basement. '

'Great property for our family needs, big enough home that our 18 family members could stay in one place but not feel too crowded. Host was very responsive to one small issue that came up. Location was great. Beds were good. Worth noting that the home is in an HOA so there are many rules, the most impactful for our family is that only 8 guests at a time can use the community pool, so we weren’t able to take our whole family to the pool at the same time. '
