'Our room was dated. The telephone didn’t work. The safe didn’t work. One light on left side of the bed was away from the wall. Curtains worn. Two items were reported the day we arrived but never fixed.'

'Very hospitable and friendly staff! A bit of a walk to downtown but you can easily take a taxi by downloading “aquarides” or taking the local bus (which is cheap). The area itself isn’t the best but no one gave us any problems. The restaurant upstairs had reasonably priced food and it tasted yummy. '

'Place was in a building under construction in which the apartment is very hidden and the instructions to find it were not clear. The place was really dark at night and made everything more difficult to find. Someone saw us struggling at night trying to find the place and guided us to the apartment. The host was not very accommodating regarding our request to ck out at 12 rather we than 11 am so that we could finish an activity that ran late. '

'Floors were dirty, tp holder hanging off wall -bathroom in general was very old and in need of updates. Staff not very friendly, but that was the same everywhere in Nassau.'

'Roach. People trying to enter to the bedroom. People entering into the bedroom at the morning. One towel for 5 days. No batteries at the controls. Smell bad when arrive. '

'We got multiple bug bites when we were there and there wasn’t anywhere within walking distance to get a cup of coffee or a bite to eat'

'Staff which tried to be funny, but who made us feel really uncomfortable. The property is built up a hill which makes it inconvenient to walk anywhere. They have their own taxi, but are not able to plan. We changed our schedule for the taxi in line with their availability. They announced different prices for the ride twice and finally reserved a taxi which was more than 2 times more expensive than announced. Don’t expect anything complementary, even for the small bottles of water in the room...

'I booked online for an emergency. I arrived and it looked deserted. I saw someone working and knocked on the door no one came to the door. I was charged and had to find somewhere else to stay. I think this place is a scam.'
