'I got to the hotel gave them my name and I was told that they didn’t have any booking for me I waited at the desk for over an hour I got upset and left. I returned back after getting the confirmation confirming my reservations and the manager then stated that they had a late check out and she would have to clean the room to get me checked in. 'The hotel is in a good location in the centre of Nassau. The state of the hotel is very bad. It is like falling apart. The room had many things broken and had very old furnisher. I can mention a few things that were broken (the window blinds, the curtains, the water stopper in the bathroom). The breakfast was ok, not much choices. The pool was emptied and getting re-painted. The staff at the reception was friendly. The cleaners did their job also very good. '

'Rooms were clean, breakfast is excellent. We did have an issue with hot water in the shower but after 2days of stay we were moved to another room and everything was good. The beach is right across the hotel. Convenient store is right next to the hotel. Friendly staff.'

'Zeer schone accommodatie, met erg vriendelijk personeel. Elke avond happy hour met gratis rumpunch, wat fijn is aangezien downtown Nassau ‘s avonds geen optie is (te gevaarlijk).
