'Great 1 night stay. Wish we stayed longer. So relaxing looking out over the fields whilst sitting eating our dinner by the fire pit. Felt like you were miles from civilisation but you werent far from suburbia.'

'Comfortable and quiet, despite being located on a hill next to the highway. Executive rooms have a small balcony with very nice views. A simple breakfastbuffet is included. Some rooms/bathrooms are suitable for disabled persons. '

'What a wonderful location close to the Rail Station which has the old world feel about it. Walk to the local hotel which has a lovely ambience.The grounds are immaculate, the interior charming and welcoming with two outdoor seating areas close to the home and others scattered amongst the gardens. I would definitely recommend it as a respite from busy living and an introduction to all this unique region has to offer.'

'The host was good but the amenities were not very clean. Hair and soap scum through the bath and shower and there was hair in the bed linen which seemed it might not have been changed since the last guests. There were insufficient towels. No washers and no hand towels until we found one small brown towel in the dryer which could have been a hand towel or a cleaning rag. Also the soap containers in the bathroom were empty. Would be good to check in with the cleaners as to what their practices...
