'When we chrcked in the lady at the counter was not very friendly and helpful. We had to pay a deposit, but my creditcard did not work. She told me 2 times that it did not work, but did not help me at all. And every time we passed her in the next days and greeted her, she didn't say anything back. Luckily the other people were friendly and helpful. The room and the bed were great. It was a pity that the windows could not be opened, I like to sleep with te windows open. '

'This property was everything and more. The design and aesthetics were spot on, the parking was a little confusing when leaving but everything else was great. The beds were phenomenal; I don’t usually comment on the beds… but the ones at Armon felt like sleeping on clouds. '

'Not a bad stay overall. Nice location opposite the police headquarters and courthouse. Friendly staff. Brianna the hostess was very nice. The suite was very large. The only thing is that the carpet needs changing. The continental breakfast wasn't appetizing but there's food all around the area. But all in all it was an enjoyable stay.'

'We hadden dit geboekt als tussenstop tussen Newark naar Cape Cod. Het is echt niks. Oud, onverzorgd en onprettige sfeer. Niet doen dus als het niet nodig is.'

'The low-staff and online check-in/out takes some getting used to, but the main negative here is the noise. The air management fan is so loud that it either kept me awake all night or woke me up if I set it to come on at the temp threshhold. Another annoyance was the malfunctioning volume on the TV. That said, the one staf I saw was welcomi g and helpful, the room was clean and safe, and the location is outstanding. Overall grade. B'

'We had to book the last minute. Our reservation for a Vrbo booking had been cancelled. The customer service representative found an available room at the Even Hotel in Norwalk. Check in was quick. The room was comfortable and clean. I really appreciated the friendly staff. '

'Prijs kwaliteit was voldoende, de kamers waren schoon, echter waren de kamers zeer gehorig. De slaapbank is niet op te liggen ivm ijzeren veren in het matras, zlefs niet voor kinderen. Mijn kinderen (natuurlijk blond) hadden gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad voor 15 minute, hierdoor werdt hun haar en zwemkleding groen. Blijkbaar teveel chloor. Nu enkele dagen later heft het nog steeds een groene gloed en kan ik de zwemkleding weggooien. Ik had hier netjes melding van gemaakt bij de receptie,...

Excellent base for a stay on Long Island
"I stayed at the East Norwich Inn for a week last August while taking my daughter to the local University. It turned out to be an excellent choice. The hotel is clean, the rooms spacious and quiet and the staff friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located and is also an excellent starting point for trips to New York City and Long Island. Highly recommended and I have booked another stay for the fall."
