'Net gerenoveerd hotel. Goed personeel. Goede locatie. Goed ontbijt. Wel luidruchtige gasten, maar daar kan het hotel niks aan doen.'

'Ok! So I planned this whole trip for my girl and spent about 2k on it, for a rental car, room, the actual musical that we were going to, food all that stuff, I booked of course through Expedia and I was coming from VA. Nobody mentioned that there was a $250 dollar hold on the room in addition to the price of the room. I called to inquire about it and the hostess was the sweetest nicest gal possible. She was hella chill and only put a 60 dollar deposit on the room which was rad. The stay itself...

'Staff was great! All was in order at the property and it was great to see some upgrades being done. Our son will be attending St. John Fisher University next year and we are looking forward to our next stays after his football games!! '

'The staff was so friendly. Kate was really nice when I checked in late Monday. The bartenders were all great. The room was clean. Food at the bar was good. Only complaint: the pillows on the bed weren't great. Could have a little more variety on firm vs. soft.'
