At 3 am, smoke alarm batteries started beeping. Maintenance was responsive and fixed next day, but not ideal. The place is ok- but not well maintained or clean to a level you would expect. Location is good, and neighborhood is fine - but experience was not great. »

« We stayed for a long KC weekend and generally this place is fine. It's a good price and close to a lot of things. It's located in a larger complex, so there are a few issues that the property manager can't avoid (e.g., there was a pervasive smell of marijuana outside the front door). But parking was plentiful and we felt safe the entire time. We had communication issues with the property manager, such as emails asking for a later departure time, that went unanswered, but these did not...
