'It's in a convenient location, but that was really the only perk. The photos misrepresent the state of the room(s), which have seen better days. For example, the luggage rack was pitted with rust stains. The sheet cover for the pull-out sofa bed was stained. In general, the room felt like it needed a good scrub down. I was significantly disappointed, seeing as the cost per night is grossly inflated during graduation weekend. I feel the price I paid was not worth the state of the room, especially...

'The hotel is decent, but not for the amount of money that they charged. The pool was broken so I couldn’t use it. There is a smell throughout the entire hotel that isn’t pleasant. Most definitely in need of renovation. Breakfast was decent, but very typical'

'We booked well in advance (1 month) for a baseball tournament. We reserved a double queen suite but were bumped from our reservation because a college team and families booked that same week. Understand that this college in question did not know if or where they would be playing until 4 days before our check in. We were bumped to follow them to have all the double queen suites.'

Our only regret was that the property is in an apartment above a detached garage. We had thought we were getting a house. We paid a good amount and were disappointed that we did not have complete privacy. However, the host and the beauty of the apartment made up for any disappointment.
