'I have stayed at multiple hotels at different airports, and this has to be by far my favourite. The hotel is so beautiful from the front , walking into reception , it feels so inviting and bright. The staff we're very lovely and accommodating. The room was very spacious and modern. The restaurant was beautiful and staff ever so lovely, I had a buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner and all the food was delicious. 'We got a complimentary upgrade upon arrival which was lovely. The downstairs rooms have a back door that leads to the gorgeous pool area. The room was clean and comfortabel and the staff was lovely and accommodating. And breakfast was great: there are various options to choose from, cooked or not. We only walked around a little, the center isn't very big, but we walked to the beach (approx. 15 minute walk) and it was beautiful there'

'Had a very relaxed stay. The apartment and facilities were clean and well maintained. It’s so nice to stay somewhere close to the beach and we loved watching the whales breach and swim by… The only negative feedback we have is the TV in our apartment was outdated and we had to connect to streaming apps using our mobile phone. Constant buffering and connection interruptions was annoying. Particularly when we just wanted to chill out in the evenings. Other than that we ended our stay feeling...

'Crystalbrook was an absolute gem of an escape. Surrounded by beautiful nature and tranquil surroundings, it was the perfect place to unwind and recharge. The staff were exceptional throughout my stay, warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. 'Do not book the Studio room! Upgrade to the Villa or don’t stay here. The Studio rooms are barely bigger than a prison cell and are nowhere near 5 star hotel quality. The property is neat and the staff are so nice. Just don’t book the Studio rooms. '
