'Fine room, clean. Wifi? The got the code, but it was not working. New wifi to be installed. Milk? They were waiting for the supplies.'

'Very friendly gentleman made my check in fast and easy. Room is very nice for the price range!'

'Rooms were clean. And staff was very helpful'

'Our room (#17) was fantastic! Spacious and cozy, a fireplace to use if you want, sitting area with good furniture, all pluses for sure. Bed was excellent, as was the bathroom and especially the shower. Also, the view out through the 2 sliding doors made you feel like you were in the forest. Would definitely enjoy staying there again!'

'Best hotel in Kitimat'

'Room was spacious and bed very comfortable'

'Friendly staff on check in. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Bathroom toiletries were not stocked. Went to use the pool and hot tub and found the hot tub was not hot at all. The jets weren’t working and there was algae growing in the bottom of the hot tub. We told the front desk person. We looked later in the evening and the next day and found the hot tub was still open. Nothing had been addressed. Completely disgusting and unacceptable. My partner and I have stayed at this hotel 15 times...

'We were looking for a place to stay between Jasper and Prince Rupert and found this hotel in Smithers perfect for it. Close to highway-good breakfast Rooms are dated but clean.'

'Clean, updated and quiet. Tons of parking. Overall great value for road tripping or an extended stay'

'We enjoyed the privacy of having the jet tub in the room which was much needed.'
