Flats in Northeast Florida

'The condo was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Since it was located in a gated community, it was also very secure. The hostess and host were very easy to work with and promptly answered any questions that we had.We will definitely consider stating here again the next time we are in the area.'

'We had a few issues with our stay. Upon arrival the condo assigned to us had not been cleaned at all and looked to be in a relatively tired condition compared to the photos we saw online. We were helped to quickly find an alternative condo and the team were very responsive however, there were a few general cleanliness issues once we finally got settled like dirt / hair on floor near and under the bed and a cockroach in one of our towels! Location was OK but nothing special. I'

'We stayed here for 4 nights and it was the perfect little spot! Clean, easy access to the beach, and was very easy to communicate with Todd! Would highly recommend to couples and small families! Thanks Todd!'

'This has to be the best place to stay. The room was gorgeous, even had a washer and dryer so you go home with clean clothes, the bed was amazing. It was the best place we have ever stayed at. Clean and everything you need was there. It was like moving your own home to beautiful Saint Augustine FL. The host was always quick to reply to any questions and very sweet. We would highly recommend this rental to everyone. If I had to ask for any changes it probably be that there was 2 keys & fobs for...

'Beautiful property clean and Florida resident discount was given. Will definitely be back. '

'Great location! I would bring an extra small blanket and bathroom supplies like shampoo/conditioner and body wash as well. Otherwise it had everything else we needed. Great communication as well.'

'The property was very well maintained and perfect for both casual or die-hard Star Wars fans. Being greeted by Chewbacca was amazing. The host was very responsive to communication via the VRBO app. Beds were very comfortable. The location is very accessible to shops and restaurants. It’s ideal for people who use the space for sleep but who spend most of the time outside of the residence. It doesn’t appear to be designed for guests who are home bodies or who do a lot of cooking or families...
