B&B in Northeast Florida

'Perfect location and the house is extremely well decorated. I was only there for Halloween event in Fernandina Beach so I did not spend much time at the B&B just to sleep. Even with the AC off, I could’ve used an extra blanket though it was a bit chilly.'

'I highly recommend this staycation. I was greeted by the owner and given a historic tour of the property . The facility was very clean and cozy, no orders or smells. I especially love the porch with the rocking chairs. It close at the historic district with restaurants for breakfast within walking distance. Be advised it’s located on a very busy street so you will have traffic noise and the air conditioning unit is a bit loud. I’m planning another visit but this time with a good set of...

'Great hotel with authentic character and charm. This is a historical property so don't expect the latest amenities, but the staff were very friendly and served a great breakfast. I look forward to staying at the Spencer House again.'

'The hibiscus room was not as expected due to no views and not in main hotel. Staff was nice and accommodating. I would stay in the main hotel on our next trip if I went there again. Parking was accessible.'

'Room was excellent. We stayed in the Sail Away room. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was home made and really good.'

'Amazing property and perfect location near all landmarks.'

'Mooie koloniale Inn. Dichtbij alles. Ook het Castillo de san Marcos'

'At 5 pm I went for a walk with my wife downtown to see what we could have for dinner. When I returned it was 6:40 pm and the main door was closed. I tried to enter the access code but the screen wasn't working. The device appeared to be out of battery. Call this Chef Marks guy I sent him text messages I didn't get a response; her phone was off.I remembered that I had received a message before my arrival indicating the steps to follow, so I wrote to them and they didn't give me a solution.It...

'We loved our stay at the Addison. There were so many little personal touches; happy hour, bathroom amenities, etc. the property itself is gorgeous and the staff couldn’t have been more wonderful. The breakfast is included and was delicious. We are already planning our return visit, as well as looking into other properties!'
