'We had a blast at this house. The house was very clean, A/C was cold, and the kitchen had most everything you could need. The pool was great as well. We did a lot of snorkeling with the equipment that comes with the house. The kayaks were great as well but be mindful one of them has a leak somewhere and takes on water slowly over time. There is a drain plug at the front so it wasn’t a big deal. Karen the property manager was great and provided a lot of helpful suggestions. The grocery store down...

'Nothing can beat the beautiful ocean views right outside your back door. We enjoyed this property with our 5 kids and 3 grandchildren (ages 1-3). Everyone had the option of going from the beach to the pool, to the kitchen for snacks, to the bed for naps all right there. The house is well equipped with most everything you need. We snorkeled around the north side and decided the snorkeling right out back was some of the best! This gave those antsy people something to do and what beautiful marine...

'Our stay here was just what we needed. It was perfect for 2 families to unwind, spread out and enjoy the sound of the waves. We loved the quiet location. Just minutes from everything we wanted to do involving kids, ages 9-16. So close to go diving and the snorkeling was superb. Highly recommended if you like to stay away from tourist traps. Coming from Canada, we knew we had booked something special, but the location, the units, the grounds and the staff were all above and beyond our expectstions! 'A wonderful villa with everything you could need. Lots of water toys, pool towels, kitchen appliances and cookware, spices etc. The pools are great and Trish is a wonderful hostess, even taking time to teach our girls a domino train game which is a new family favorite! Trish shared lots of great information about grocery options prior to our arrival as these are limited as you get out to the East End. Within walking distance of Ocean Frontiers dive shop and Eagle Rays, as well as Eastern Star...

'Well stocked house good location: plenty of towels, kitchen items, spices, kayak, good blender, nice washer and dryer, movies, etc. Very private, clean pool, great snorkel location (bring water shoes for the rocks). Grocery shop by the airport before you head north but the grocery down the street has most items to restock.'

'Property is well furnished and quite comfortable for large groups with all the necessary amenities. Great views and close to tennis/pickleball courts. It is located some distance from resort and the golf cart commute (5 minutes) is not the most scenic. Just wish the pool would have been heated as it was too cold to utilize.'

'This was a perfect house for small, multi-gen family with young child. Very clean, neat, with recent updated everything. Great big pool, kiddie pool and hot-tub. Everyone loved it. Nice, well tended area on Rum point, walk to beaches. The dock made boating convenient and easy. Definitely get the kayaks to paddle around, especially at night on the luminescent waters!'

'This place was wonderful. Location was pretty far from the hustle and bustle of the city and 7 mile beach, it was PERFECT for quiet and peaceful get-a-way. The beach was perfect for the small children in the family with NO waves and undertow. Safe, beautiful place. Loved the place!!'

'Spent 10 days at the house. Very close to the airport and downtown for shopping, restaurants and markets. Enjoyed using the kayaks and paddle boards. Snorkeled out towards the breakers and it was very good. House is beautiful, had everything we needed to enjoy some quiet time. Patricia and Tricia were awesome to deal with. Would definitely go again.'

'It was a great stay. The unit was right next to the pool and we didn't see anyone in the pool all 5 days we stayed. We explored the island during the day and lounged at the pool at night. The kitchen is well equipped and we had no problem preparing meals. I had read reviews about the AC being locked at 75 degrees but this was not a problem. When you are at the beach all day, coming back to 75 degrees is great. And there are ceiling fans throughout the unit. I would definitely stay there again.'

'This property was so peaceful, away from the traffic of Georgetown and central to almost everything. Everyone in my family had their own bedroom and space. The well equipped kitchen allowed us to cook most of our meals in. And of course the kids loved the pool! The kayaks and paddle boards were used a lot since the beach was not good for wading, but sitting on the deck with my family listening to the waves did wonders for my soul.'

'We had the BEST time! The house was perfect! The beach was amazing, check in super easy! We ordered groceries from Hurley's and they delivered before we arrived thanks to owner helping out! We had 6 kids who enjoyed the snorkling, you can go straight out from the house and see the reef and fun fish! Kids Loved it! In the afternoon especially there is shade under the palm trees which was perfect for relaxing by the ocean! the weather was so amazing. There was the seaweed grass that was annoying...
