'This little guest house is adorable. We loved the space! Nice little common living room and kitchen area. Nice outdoor spots to hang out. We loved the gate that closed our car in at night. It made us feel very secure. We did have trouble getting on WiFi, but already booked our next Little Rock trip for August. We will stay here again and get the WiFi situation solved.'

'The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was remodeled and very nice. The furniture was old and outdated, especially the couch. I would stay there again.'

'House was really pretty. Unfortunately the tenant was home and after calling the landlord, we determined the whole rental was a scam. Neither Vrbo nor I could contact the "host." I had to book a hotel room for $300/night at the very last second... 4 hours after I shouldn't checked-in, but Vrbo insisted that I give it a little more time.'

'This is an older home that the owner fixed up to be a vacation rental. Cute house in a cute neighborhood. Wifi and AC worked great. Nice fenced in back yard with a new picnic table. We had issues initially getting in touch with the owner which was stressful but she may be new to VRBO so that may improve over time. There was a sanitation issue but it was something that can be easily remedied so we won't share that here as it may not have been the owner's fault. I would recommend staying here....
