« Customer service was a little lacking in the mornings over the weekend. Asked for waters on the morning of the second day and they stated I needed to buy them and it was only free when checking in. Asked for a noon checkout on Sunday and was told they dont offer late checkouts anymore. Amentities within the room are basic. Small/rough towels and single ply toilet paper. Underwelming considering the price. Room was clean and quiet, so if you aren't looking for much more than that youre good...

« The room was nice and clean. The walls are extremely thin though, so you could hear everyone. There were kids running up and down the hall at midnight so that was fun. »

« We waited in line for about 30 minutes to check in. A front desk employee was running back and forth from this property and the Residence inn next door to check in guests at both places. We left for dinner and when we returned I found out our toilet was stuffed up and overflowing. I talked to the front desk employee and she mentioned there was nothing she could do.
