'Room was clean but the sink and shower drains smelled of sewage backup. The evening front desk guy is unprofessional and rude to say the least, and being a 3rd party owned hotel, shortcuts are made. 1 example is finding the one “master” light switch that turns everything on in the room. So we showered and whatnot by our phone lights. When we complained the next morning we were finally told about the “master switch”. 'I’m not sure our room was cleaned and set up correctly before we arrived. We had a room with two queen beds and there were 5 total pillows, one of the drawers was left open—which was just weird, and a used bar of soap in the shower. The next day we were gone all day and when we came back to the room nothing had been touched— as in no fresh towels, no beds made and to top it all off our rooms phone was disconnected and did not work.
