« L'accueil dans cet hôtel qui fait aussi pub et restaurant est très chaleureux. Les chambres sont assez spacieuse et la literie confortable, même si cela semble un peu vieillot...(c'est peu être à la mode en Angleterre..?)
Toutefois, pour ce tarif on y est bien mieux que dans une chaine d'hôtel style F1...
Bref pour un séjour sans se ruiner sur Durham et sa région, je recommande vivement cet hôtel ! »

« Beautiful place .Great for walking .The only thing is the car is full with bikes and a dog and when leaving the property you have to take the rubbish bag with you to drop it of at the bottom of the hill which for the price I have never done this before »

« The property was spotless and very homely. Everything you need was there and also lovely fresh flowers, milk and biscuits on arrival. There was even treats for the dogs. The staff were lovely that we had met also. You definitely need to take a torch as its very dark at night trying to walk the dogs. »

« We enjoyed the peace and quiet and the stunning views at Harsondale Bothy.The accomodation was very comfortable and cosy and has everything you need if you want to self cater. We felt very refreshed after our holiday there. »

« Angie is a lovely warm welcoming lady , nothing was a bother , only staid one night as was having a meal in the Fox Covert next door which is really great place , The cottage was a propped cottage feel , and could sleep upto 6 but was only the two of us , proper kitchen and shower n toilet was compact but everything you needed , lovely place to stay and will be back , also location is good for all local amenities and local attractions, Thank you »
