'We were very happy with our stay. We'll see you again! '

'The pool area was chilly and the pool was freezing cold. One of our queen bed sheets had stains and smelled musty like they were left on the bed and tucked in. The night of our stay there was no hot water and the staff knew and did not care. It took over an hour to get two towels but it didn't matter. And told us a manager would be in to speak with in the morning. The floors off the elevator were extrnely sticky and dirty. Not happy at all and was never offered a solution.'
