Other staff like the maid service and lady at the desk were nicer and more helpful. They did have to refill the pool towels, like usual when we've stayed before. The toilet seat and shower head in the bathroom needs upgrading, but the room was fine besides those things. I do hope that there are cameras in the pool, hot tub, and splash pad area for insurance...

'The staff was exceptional. Always friendly, helpful and always greeting you. The breakfast was wonderful as well. The cleanliness was mid. Elevators had food/trash on the floor. Hallway rugs were stained. Our room reeked of perfume as if trying to mask a smell. And extra sheets/blankets provided smelled musty. But other than that, excellent stay for one night for us.'
