'The host was very helpful with check in and check out and offering suggestions for a good breakfast place. The unit was very cozy and charming, more than enough space for the 2 of us. The neighborhood is nice and not far from MTA stop and many shops and variety of restaurants. '

'The hotel is very old, it is like you are going back to the 90s. The rooms are outdated and have damaged furniture in them. The rooms were not cleaned properly and a lot of services (like an elevator) were out of order. I had to carry my suitcase up 4 levels to my room. The breakfast was also a big disapppointment. Basically it is a bag that you have to ask for yourself which has a muffin, a danish role and water in it. They have no restaurant service. Guests are not welcomed when they walk in...
