« We had a fantastic day. The apartment is located just a short walk from Waiake Beach - in fact, you can go out the back gate, stroll past the sailing club and you’re right there. The apartment itself is presented with modern decor and has everything you need for your stay, right down to the complementary tea, coffee, Milo and cookies. Lovely outlook over the reserve, huge bed in the master bedroom, spa bath in the bathroom, great communication from our hosts… really hard to fault anything about...

« This is a very tidy well presented accommodation. It has a good position in the city that allows you to easily explore. We did not find out until the last day that it is an attached dwelling with the owners. The car park was too steep and awkward to get the car into and not block owners access, there is good parking on the road beside the house. Once inside it is clean and exceptionally well layed out with loads of provisions to make your stay enjoyable. Easy to use kitchen if you decide to...

« The indication to find the apartment indicated by Expedia is a disaster. It is not possible to receive a link to indicate the apartment and on this link shows 4 apartment. I booked only one and the link should indicate were is the apartment that I've booked. Also the indication to find the key was not so easy to understand. Fortunately I've received a call from the owner that gave me instruction live where the key was. »

16. The Perfect Spacious 2BR Getaway | Netflix + WiFi

Greenhithe

« I do not recommend booking this property. The manager, The Stay Hub, has a cumbersome and time-wasting booking process involving sending photos of person booking and credit card plus proof of payment. Takes ages to complete. They also said we damaged one of the blinds which we noticed was already damaged but presumed they knew. Lost the damage bond. Could be a hoax. No heating for a cold apartment on bottom story of house and no TV reception »

Michael W.

Une cuisine moderne avec des armoires blanches, des appareils en acier inoxydable, un grand îlot central doté de tabourets et une fenêtre offrant une vue sur l’extérieur.

17. Renovated Takapuna 2BR Apt | Parking & Skytower

Takapuna

« The property was clean, well presented, and exactly what we needed for our two-night stay. Access to the property was easy, and we were very happy overall. The only small challenge was during the initial sign-up process, which required providing quite a lot of information over and above to what has already been provided to Bookabach, better integration with Bookabach would improve this experience. »
