'This was our first time staying at a Trilogy hotel and it was absolutely amazing! The hotel is beautiful with so amazingly decorated with such odd yet beautiful furniture throughout. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The rooms are also very nice and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was delicious at the on site restaurant. The hotel also sits directly beside Big Spring Park so we sat on the patio and enjoyed a live concert in the park with food trucks and the works. Highly recommended....

'Overall, the hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the amenities were excellent. Unfortunately, our stay was impacted by the comfort of the rooms. We were traveling with a baseball team and had multiple rooms booked, and everyone had the same experience with the beds being extremely firm and uncomfortable. Additionally, the rooms never seemed to cool down properly and felt warm and muggy throughout the night, making it difficult for everyone to get a good night’s...

'Arrived there and no one was there - no nail - no digital key. A phone number that was not valud. So i had to book another hotel last minute. After that also no communication so i paid 2 hotels that night. First time in 20 years travel i have such a bad experience'
