'I have never stayed in such a terrible place. It was old and dilapidated, felt eerie, and was crawling with bugs. There was an unpleasant odor, and the cleanliness was poor—the washing machine was filthy and moldy, filled with dog hair. In short, the place bore no resemblance to the photos; it was a truly awful experience.'
